The Esports Awards 2026 Personality of the Year race remains tightly contested among a diverse field of 12 nominees, with Thug and Ibai leading at roughly equal implied probabilities near one-third each. Defending champion Thug benefits from prior-year visibility and broad Indian esports appeal, while Spanish streamer Ibai draws strong international fan support through high-profile content and events. League of Legends figures like Caedrel, Faker, Kameto, and Sjokz compete alongside Valorant and Counter-Strike talents such as Boaster, Gotaga, and Shotzzy, plus streamers Jynxzi and Clix and chess grandmaster Magnus Carlsen. Recent finalist announcements and ongoing daily fan voting through November 10 have produced no decisive momentum shifts, leaving the outcome dependent on cross-community turnout ahead of the November 17 Miami ceremony.
