The DP World India Championship at Delhi Golf Club features a strong field of DP World Tour regulars and major winners including Rory McIlroy, defending champion Tommy Fleetwood, Patrick Reed, and Aaron Rai, all chasing Race to Dubai points in the penultimate Back 9 event. Niklas Nørgaard leads after a weather-delayed first round with a 66, one ahead of Tom McKibbin, Thomas Detry, and Eugenio Chacarra, while Om Prakash Chouhan sits tied fifth at 68 among early finishers. The tight, tree-lined par-72 layout and recent form of contenders like Robert MacIntyre and Adrian Meronk shape cut-line and final-position probabilities. Round 2 developments and any further weather impacts will influence positioning for the top 20.
